VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteer opportunities are something that we take very seriously, and our organization is working hard to make a positive impact on people's lives within the community. The community counts on us to contribute and improve the area we live in, and they greatly appreciate all the hard work that is put forth. Contact the Director of Local Outreach to get involved with any of the events listed below.

Please note: If you sign up for an event, you MUST show up. If you are unable to to volunteer that day, please notify the Director of Local Outreach. Points will be DEDUCTED if there is NO notification.
Big Brothers and Big Sisters
One-to-one mentoring opportunity with a child in need. Meet with little 1 hour per week. Help with reading, writing, and math skills and build meaningful relationships. If you're interested, sign up to become a volunteer on their website.
Kearney Center

The Kearney Center is a 24hr emergency shelter for individuals and families without permanent housing and under economic adversity.
Services include: warm showers, meals, clean clothing, medical/dental services, shelter
Fall Donation Drive
This semester we will be donating personal care items, basic medical supplies, clothing etc. at the end of every month.
LOTT'S GARDEN
October 9th @8:30-11:30am
5 points for every 1 hour

Lott's Community Garden is a growing and educational facility in Monticello, Florida. Help plant and harvest different produce that is then distributed to low income families in the Big Bend area.Carpooling will be available.

Camp Boggy Creek is a week-long camp for kids with serious illnesses throughout Florida. As a volunteer you will get the opportunity to spend an entire weekend to work, play, and help children that are dealing with Craniofacial disorders. Application is found in the button below.
